The mission of the North Texas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is to be the bridge that links the Hispanic and minority business community and the general business community in order to create and promote economic, social and cultural development for the benefit of all.

The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized is to operate as a chamber of commerce, not organized for profit and no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, as an exempt organization under Section 501 (c) (6) of the Internal Revenue Code and its regulations as they now exist or as they hereafter be amended, and to engage in any and all lawful activities incidental to the foregoing purposes, including the raising of funds, except as restricted herein. Specifically, the corporation has as its purpose the following:

A: To promote the economic development of members by networking, educating and developing leaders to serve as the leading force in the Hispanic market;

B: The advancement of the business, civic, commercial, industrial, agricultural, international trade, and economic development interest of the Counties of Wichita, Archer, Clay and Wilbarger;

C: To promote and develop business leadership, economic opportunities in the domestic and international areas, and advocacy for Hispanic, minority-owned, and other historically underutilized business;

D: To promote and disseminate business and public data and information to members and the public through all technical and technological means available;

E: To promote and develop conference, seminars, and trade expositions;

F: To develop and promote the success of Hispanic and other minority students by serving as business role models for the community;

G: To develop, promote, and record the advances and contributions made by Hispanic entrepreneurs, and associated businesses in Wichita, Archer, Clay and Wilbarger Counties;

H: To develop and promote access and linkage to the Hispanic market and associated markets and consumers; and,

I: To develop, promote, and cooperate with other persons and organizations whose goal and purposes are charitable, educational, and/or compatible with those stated herein.
